Did You Get a Red Pass?

Columbia mascot Roar-ee says, "Don't get stuck with a red pass."

You must complete ALL of the steps in the required protocol in the ReopenCU app to get the green pass needed to access campus facilities.

Try these tips to avoid a red pass.

  • Students can check the Morningside or CUIMC health portal to make sure their vaccine proof was received
     
  • Re-upload your vaccination documentation if your vaccine status is NOT “under review"
     
  • If you're a student and the vaccine status is “under review,” then email [email protected] if you uploaded your vaccination documentation more than 15 days ago and still got a red pass
     
  • Morningside students can email [email protected] if there's a problem with their vaccination documentation; CUIMC students should email [email protected]
  • Couldn't get a gateway test at Lerner? Try the Medical Center or any of the other locations in the portal with available appointments
     
  • For iOS users, if you do not want to change the location of your App Store account, use the web version of the app and daily attestation
     
  • Delete the app and reinstall it (iOS, Android) or try the web version
